Is this right for me?
The Women CFO Network was created for women who were relatively new CFOs, who are seeking peers to share their journeys, support each other, and learn together. With that said, one of the biggest forms of support can also come from more experienced women CFOs, who have had more time on the other side of the glass ceiling. More experienced CFOs also need to keep their learning up, so the program elements have been designed for them too.
Newer CFOS
Women who are in their first few CFO roles, or who have moved into a much larger, more complex organization. They may be younger, may be balancing younger children, or they could be re-entering the workforce after taking family or other types of breaks.
More experienced CFOs
These are women who have had shattered the glass ceiling, have been there, done that, and have the t-shirt. Women who can give their time to help others, and who have substantial experience to share. You may still be in a CFO role, or perhaps moved on to a Board career. Your children (if there were any) are likely older, freeing you from that daily juggling, but you may also have other people, perhaps parents, who you are caring for.
