Connecting

Learning
Leaning
Increasingly, more women are being appointed as CFOs. That’s wonderful.
When their appointments are as the first female executive, that’s challenging.
With both content and social networks dominated by men, women don’t have an automatic peer group to tap for advice, understanding, mentorship, and support.
On top of the work itself, women still maintain the majority of home-related matters.
Welcome…. Women CFO Network.
Designed by women for women, this network offers a way for women CFOs to connect, share, learn and lean on each other.
Support
WhatsApp group - A place to connect, to chat, to ask questions you can only ask other women CFOs. It provides instant connectivity to other women CFOs who may share the same experience.

Mentoring - An opportunity for the members to get work and life mentorship from more experienced women, or those out of their industry. Experienced women CFOs get as much out of the network as well, giving back, keeping up with content, and participating in the wellbeing aspects.
Personal Development
Women CFO Forums are Quarterly sessions to raise topical issues and network with peers. Role content plus life content.

Health and Wellbeing program - One of the major differentiators of the Women CFO Network is a focus on your health and wellbeing. Delivered via professional coaches with experience specific to CFOs and women, this alone is worth being involved.
Bespoke Work Content
Research & Data - Insights that matter to your work now and into the future. At the moment, these are being curated and shared via the WhatsApp group, and soon they will appear on this site in a Members-only section.

CFO topic deep dives - The Women CFO Network selects elements of interest, which are then delivered as part of the regular content series. This is delivered as part of the Women CFO Network Forum and can be delivered individually, as required and agreed.

Bonding abroad: Trip to Germany

Women leadership trips can provide important experiences for a lifetime. Examples of trips include those to Israel or San Francisco to see the innovation of those places, NYC or California for mini MBAs, and the like.

The Women CFO Network had its start with EY and SAP, both of which happen to have amazing facilities for CFOs about 30 minutes from each other in Germany.
Combine that with the other sites nearby, and we have a wonderful experience to share. The trip will include:
-
Walldorf to visit SAP global HQ for a bespoke set of meetings with other women CFOs and companies of interest to you.
-
Beautiful Heidelberg for Christmas shopping and siteseeing
-
Bustling Frankfurt to network with WCFOs there
-
Eschborn, home of CFOspace – EY's Digital Finance & Global Business Services Lab, which provides bespoke scenarios of interest to the group, including digital finance, Robotic Process Automation,,agile business analytics and finance, or many more.
